My current time-line is about 1 week for production plus shipping time. All lures come bubble wrapped/packaged and without hooks- to prevent any damage in shipping. We can supply hooks at an additional cost. I like VMC Short Shanks, Mustad Ultra Points and Gamakatsu EWG treble hooks for most Bass fishing sized Crankbaits. When ordering in bulk (over 10 lures), and in the Gulf Breeze/Pensacola area, we can meet and discuss in detail your concepts for a lure.
YOUR COLORS and CONCEPTS are never shared with any other fishermen. IF you don't want me to post pictures of your crankbait/lure design - I will not. I prefer to work with blanks and lures that have 3D eye sockets. It is my belief that 3D eyes and flat 3D eyes are the only eyes to have. For the ULTIMATE clear coat, I now have a combination 2 layer epoxy resin/ 1 layer automotive clear coat available- for those of you who are strictly targeting toothy fish such as Peacock Bass, Musky/Pike, Saltwater Speckled Trout, Southern Flounder, Mangrove Snapper, ETC. This is my most durable coating and rivals (if not surpasses) industry standards. I will also modify certain lures- making them run deeper. Contact me for more info. I want a custom lure. Swamp Zombie lures, bar none, are the finest hand painted lures I have the pleasure of using. These lures are "works of art" that work hard, fish hard and give you more bang for the buck than any store bought lure you could buy. A word of warning though, if you fish with friends, beware.
